We use locally sourced, organically grown food whenever possible. In fact the mill is set in a 10 acre smallholding and we grow as much of our own food on site as we can. Breakfast is included for all guests and we offer everything from a delicious baked fruit porridge to a full Welsh served with home baked bread and fresh coffee.

Evening meals prepared with imagination and flair are available by arrangement. If you would like an evening meal on arrival, please let us know when booking.

Breakfast orders are taken on arrival. We can cater for all dietary requirements from vegetarian and vegan to lactose and gluten free. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements when booking.
